This is not necessarily the best ranch dip in the entire world, but it’s so deliciously nostalgic. And don’t get me wrong! It’s still delicious, especially in that processed junk food way. It’s thick, goopy, and indescribably ranch-y. I cannot pick out the garlic or dill like you can with freshly made ranch, but it still tastes like ranch! It’s super savory and salty. This is a classic dip for a reason.

This dip is so surprisingly good. I thought it would be gimmicky. It’s not. It’s really, really good! It tastes like cool ranch Doritos in dip form. If you dipped cool ranch Doritos into this, you would send your brain straight to space. Trust us and try it.

This is the best ranch dip for a plain chip because it has so much flavor. This Taste of the South dip tastes like a fried dill pickle dipped in ranch dressing. There’s so much dill, it has a nice little tang, and it’s super creamy. If you’re looking for a next-level ranch dip, this is it. It’s the best store bought ranch dip because it’s so much more than just ranch dip. Pickle girlies, this one’s for you!

Marzetti makes some of the best ranch dip out there for dipping fresh veggies. They obviously know it, too. This stuff is explicitly called “veggie dip.” It tastes like the best version of the ranch you get with a grocery store vegetable platter. It’s thick and perfect for scooping up with a baby carrot. Speaking of carrots, this ranch dip has carrots in it! The carrot flavor doesn’t really stand out, but they do add a nice bit of texture. Your vegetables are screaming to be dipped in Marzetti.

My boss, Gwynedd Stuart, was like, “Dean’s is the best.” I was skeptical for some reason. You know it’s the best ranch dip without tasting any other ranch dips? I owe her an apology, though. I never should have doubted her. It is the best! It tastes like making ranch with the Hidden Valley seasoning packet, except it’s thicker, richer, and there is absolutely no mixing required. If you want the best ranch dip when it comes to flavor, texture, and richness, you absolutely have to go with Dean’s.
